How do I create a company account on cv30.co?Create a personal account by using your e-mail address and a secure password. Please remember to add a photo as cv30 is all about visual content. Click on your photo in the top right corner and select Add Company. Fill out your company details, click Next and add a brief description. Your company account is now active! We recommend you complete all sections of your company profile, add a high-resolution cover photo, and write a description about your company and mission. Please also remember to add content to your “life inside the team” section. All text descriptions must be accompanied by photos and videos, which are meant to visually describe your company’s work culture. What resources should I upload on my company profile?Photos and videos with short text descriptions. The video and photo content can include the following: Your People Show your team in their natural environment, let them talk about themselves and company culture. Let candidates know what your people do during lunch breaks, team building, at meetings or when they meet at the water cooler. Your Office(s) Show candidates where you work, conference, relax, eat, and grow as a team. Your Knowledge Share a work procedure or relevant information from your industry. We encourage users to add all content that you consider to be representative of your work culture.

How do I add photos and videos to my company page?Click on the “View as Admin” option on the company page. To add a cover photo or video, click on the top right icon. To add photos and videos in the “Products and Services” section, click on the text area which reads “Description goes here”. You will notice a plus sign on the left (+). Click on the plus sign to insert photos or videos. To add photos and videos in the Life inside the team section, click on the “Add Story” button.

Why would I add teams to my company profile on cv30.co?Each team has its own culture and subtleties. Even if a specific team is aligned with the company’s values or vision, it will manifest itself in a unique manner. The IT team will have different stories to share than the Sales team. Sometimes we have very powerful teams working in domains that are not directly linked to the main activity of the company. For instance, many banks have intricate IT teams. Information about these “behind the scenes” teams are not usually available for potential candidates. Giving prospective employees a 360-degree view of your company can make all the difference.

How do I add teams to my company profile on cv30.co?Click on the upper right corner menu. You will see a submenu for your company account. Click on Teams, and Add team.

How do I create / assign posts to a team?When one of your team members creates a post from the main screen, the post will be automatically assigned to the team of which he or she is part of. If the person leaves the company and is no longer assigned to the team, the posts will remain on the team feed, unless the administrator chooses to delete them individually.

How do I create a post?On the main page, click on the red button, “Create Post”. At the top of the screen, select “Write a Post”. Craft the text for your post and add a representative picture or video. A post cannot be published without an accompanying photo or video. We also advise you to use tags (endorsements) for your post, which are available at the bottom of the screen. Start typing keywords and choose from the ones that will automatically populate on your screen. Click on the upper right corner and select if you want the post to be from you as an individual, or from the company you represent.

What is the difference between a post and a long article?As with other social networks, a post will convey an idea through text, a picture, or a video, while a long article gives you space to elaborate on your ideas and add any photo-video material you wish.

How do I delete or edit a post?Go to your post; in the upper right corner you will see two icons, one for editing, and another to erase your post.

How do I create an article?On the main page, click on the red button: “Create Post”. From the top of the screen, select “Write a Long Article”. Write the title, your article, and a brief description. Add a representative photo or video. Without a picture or video, the article will not be published. We also advise you to choose tags (labels) for your article, at the bottom of the screen. Write keywords and choose from the ones that appear on your screen. Click on the upper right corner and select if you want the post to be from you, or the company you represent.

How does the endorsements system work?On CV30 we do not use likes or hearts, but endorsements, which indicate if the tags you choose are relevant and helpful to the community. For example, if a Sales Manager makes a post about the hiring process for his or her team, he or she might tag the post with “Sales", "Management", and "Recruitment". The post will receive endorsements according to the community assessment regarding the relevancy and usefulness of the published content. Each user can give only one endorsement on each type of tag. Obviously, the tag that collects the most endorsements is considered by the community to be most relevant to the published post or article. For each post or article you create, you can choose up to 5 tags (endorsements) that describe the published content. Write the keywords at the bottom of the post or article and choose from the list of predefined tags. Most of the time, the endorsements relate (but are not limited to) different professions, fields of activity, organizational culture.

For each post or article you create, you can choose up to 5 tags (endorsements) that describe the published content. Write the keywords at the bottom of the post or article and choose from the list of predefined tags. Most of the time, the endorsements relate to different professions, fields of activity, organizational culture, and more.

Who owns the ownership rights over the posted content?The property rights of the content belong to the user. If the photo-video content is created by cv30, it will be used solely for the purpose of creating and promoting the company profile. For more details please see the Terms and Conditions.
